Refund Schedule

  • More than 3 days before delivery: 100% refund.
  • 3 days or less before delivery: 50% refund.
  • On or after the delivery date: No refund.

The 3-day window is measured from your scheduled delivery date, not the booking date.

How to Cancel

Contact us with your booking ID:

The cancellation is effective when we confirm receipt. The applicable refund tier is based on the time of confirmation.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and typically post within 5–10 business days.

Date or Item Changes

Date and item changes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Requests made more than 3 days before delivery incur no fee. Requests made within 3 days are treated as a cancellation under the refund schedule above, followed by a new booking.

Weather

No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations. All weather cancellations are subject to the standard refund schedule above.

Early Returns

No refund or proration is issued for unused days once equipment has been delivered.
